Submitting
Full texts of the presentations (papers) submitted for participation in the conference must be prepared in Azerbaijani, English, or Russian languages according to the corresponding template and submitted electronically. Only papers that correspond to the conference sections will be accepted.
The conference will consist of plenary presentations and parallel sessions. Round tables and master classes are also planned within the framework of the conference. The conference will be organized by the Azerbaijan National Aviation Academy and held in a hybrid format (both online and offline).
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONTENT AND DESIGN OF MATERIALS
The text should be in Azerbaijani, Russian, or English, formatted on A4 paper, up to 5 pages, with single line spacing (1.0), font size 12, Times New Roman, and all margins set to 2 cm. Materials are accepted via email. The texts of the presentations should include the following sections: a) Title (in uppercase letters); b) Surnames and initials of all authors; c) Institution, city, email, and a photo of the main presenter (color, size 3x4 cm); d) Text of the paper; e) List of references; f) Abstract.
For presentations in Russian and Azerbaijani languages, the title of the paper, full names of the authors, and a short abstract (up to 250-300 words) in English must also be submitted. For presentations in English, an abstract in Azerbaijani must be provided.
At the conclusion of the conference, a collection of materials will be published.
The collection will include original articles in the field of "artificial intelligence and aerospace research" that have not been previously published or submitted for publication in other journals or books (except for abstracts).
